Grown in Southern China, our Tonkin/Tsinglee bamboo stakes last longer than our competitors and are unbeatable in quality. This is a direct result of the processes we employ that have been learnt over generations of bamboo farmers. Our farmers know exactly when, where and how to cut stakes. Cutting stakes during the wrong season could mean there is excess moisture in them, leading to cracking and moulding during shipping and customer use. Cutting the wrong stakes from the wrong part of the mountain could mean a weaker stake that isn’t as flexible and durable as stakes found on another part of the mountain.
