Our Production Process Explained

Our bamboo growing and process is thorough and methodical, so that when our customers use it, there is a lower likelihood of cracking and moulding. The bamboo is dried using smoke and heat to ensure that any moisture has been extracted. This is vital as moisture in bamboo leads to reduced structural integrity. During this process the diameter of the bamboo shrinks, ensuring stronger joints. All our stakes are fumigated prior to shipping, in order to prevent the spread of insects.
